About Your Practitioner

Hi! I’m Jules.

I specialize in fascia-informed and trauma-sensitive Sound Healing, Somatic Wellness, Yin Yoga, and Reiki.

I received my training with the UK’s Sound Healing Academy, Yoga Alliance, Shantika Sound Sanctuary, Dr. Catherine Clinton, and Soulful Healing Journey. Alongside this, I hold certifications in NLP, EFT, and Breathwork—modalities that first supported my own healing and now enrich the work I share.

My practice bridges energy medicine, somatic intelligence, and integrative wellness to create curated, high-touch experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations seeking multidimensional transformation. Rooted in holistic wellness, ancient wisdom, and intuitive guidance, my mission is to hold space for your embodied and long-term well-being.

My Journey

My own wellness path began in 2011, sparked by Ecstatic Dance — a moving meditation, the sacred Balinese purification ritual of Melukat, and the mystical Sema: Whirling Dervishes of the Mevlevi Sufi order. Journeys through Iran, Bhutan, Nepal, India, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Peru further opened my heart to a rich tapestry of healing traditions and rituals.

Somewhere between Cuba and Singapore, I lost my sense of magic — chasing the wrong people, places, and distractions. It wasn’t until a transformative trip to Laos, where I meditated with monks at Wat Xieng Thong, that I began to remember what truly mattered. That transcendent moment awakened something deep in me — mantras and stillness paved a path back to myself.

In the vibrant city of Bangkok, I gravitated towards the profound worlds of Himalayan Sound Healing and Reiki. Having gone through a dark night of the soul, I believe that healing is never linear and it’s not always “love and light.” It carries both responsibility and liberation, a series of Tower moments, and cycles of death & rebirth - hence the importance of mentors, teachers, communities, and consistent wellness practices to help navigate the journey.

An injury led me to reconnect with my roots and the wisdom of albularyos and babaylans—Filipino folk healers and medicine women— uncovering ancestral lineages that continue to inspire my work. I use a combination of ancient + modern wisdom, intuitive + ancestral guidance, and lived experiences to help clients in their inner work.

It is my deepest honor to accompany you on your heart-centered wellness journey and I look forward to seeing you in one of my sessions soon.

“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
